priviliged and cap_add option in ini style config

Hi,

additionally to the docker compose options it would be great to the the option to configure priviliged = true and cap_add to the .ini file for job-exec.

Would be great for browser automation tasks (puppeteer docker image requires SYS_ADMIN for chrome to run inside a sandbox)
