add primaryKey to settings response

although primaryKey is not set by updating settings, it would be nice to include it in the response.

Right now, in some situations I have to do 2 calls, one to get the pk and the other to get the rest of the settings. Well, I can get the indexes and pk in a batch, of course.

Anyway, extremely minor, but it'd be a nice to have.
