Testing #21091

  • Followed the steps to get it working, run the first test
  • Reload the window
  • The Run Test decorations are missing on the editor gutter

They only show up after "Configure test" again

confirmed this is a regression in the new testing rewrite

@rebornix sorry, I actually revisited this and am seeing equivalent behavior between the old and new testing experiences. Would this fit more in a feature request to have those load automatically / is it something that you expect since other languages have it?
