Is it possible to replace the url of the item with a url found in the item's body?

Basically, I have a feed where the actual content I want to access/read is actually a different document at a specific URL found in the body of the item. Think email -> rss conversion where the content is actual at a link in the email. Is there any way with the inbuilt rules of miniflux to do this?
Otherwise I'm thinking of writing a short python script and rehosting the rss feed locally.
