What do you mean by "I end the session"? Did you add a channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) where you actually talk to your agent? Or do you mean your claude code session inside the terminal, where you installed the nanoclaw service/system?

I have to restart my Mac, update Docker etc. How do I bring it back online?

It should have been installed with launchd to automatically start after reboot automatically. So when you talk to your bot through the configured channel, it should automatically span a container. It could take some time to start the container.

If it doesn't start/respond, go into the folder where you installed nanoclaw. Open the terminal to this location and run claude. Then ask claude the questions you would like to ask here. Claude has the best overview of what is going on in your system and may help you the most.
