Cannot attach video and other file type

Problem

If the user attaches a file(s) to chat and then attaches a video file, the other files will be removed.
If the user attaches a video file to chat and then attaches another file(s) the video file will be removed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Attach non-video files to chat
2. Files are attached without issue
3. Attach video file
4. See other non-video files have been removed, only attached file is video file
5. Attach non-video file(s) to chat
6. See video file has been removed, only non-video file(s) are attached

Solution

Make it possible to attach video && other files at the same time, OR explain to the user that they have to be attached/sent separately.
