- Create releases/pict-test-designer-minimal.zip (9.3 KB)
- Include only essential files: SKILL.md, LICENSE, references/
- Add README-INSTALL.txt with clear installation instructions
- Create releases/README.md with download and installation guide
- Update main README.md to feature minimal package as Method 3
- Provides fastest installation option for users

Minimal package contains:
