What changed in this PR
Raises the R2DBC instrumentation baseline to SPI 1.0 for the 3.0 release, covering both javaagent and standalone-library users.
Changes:
- Updates all three SPI dependencies and the Muzzle range, retaining inverse checks with explicit 0.9 exclusions.
- Adds filtered-update coverage for
Longcounts and removes obsolete compatibility commentary without changing proxy behavior. - Documents the breaking change and updates the supported-version catalog.

Keep SPI 0.9 in the reference-matching range without inverse skips while documenting the supported SPI 1.0 minimum. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Part of #20800.
Align the R2DBC SPI dependency declarations with the documented 1.0 minimum.
The javaagent and Spring Boot starter bundle R2DBC Proxy
1.1.7.RELEASE, whose declared SPI dependency is 1.0. The existing driver fixtures also resolve SPI 1.0. Supporting 0.9 would require isolated older-driver suites and dependency exclusions, rather than simply retaining the lower dependency declaration.Muzzle's range still starts at 0.9 because the referenced API signatures are identical after generic erasure. This reflects reference matching, not the supported and tested minimum; no runtime version gate is added.
