In Japan, I registered for GitHub Copilot Education and was approved. It has been about a week since I applied. However, when I access GitHub Copilot through https://education.github.com/pack, I don’t see any student discount options. I would like to know how to resolve this issue.

I think you need to confirm your account by following the links on your approved email and just follow the steps provided by them

for me the same, I succesfully verified that I'm currently student, but I can't use github copilot pro. On my regular account I've added the email from my university.

Once approved, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.

I forgot to mention, that I did these steps before I wrote a ticket to the support team. My ticket was processed, closed and finally I saw the Pro subscription.

@Saurabhrajmane-23 and @Petros626, I am having the same issue and have tried every conceivable way to activate it. I have checked my email and tried the link, but the issue persists. My account has also been fully approved for the student benefits for about a week now. The link they provide for Copilot does not seem to work. Please provide an update if you manage to get it working.

After a lot of back and forth with three different GitHub support members, my subscription is now up and running. I would just keep on opening the ticket until it is fixed
