My Student Developer Pack application was approved on September 8, 2025. However, it has been more than 3 days and my benefits are still not available — the status still says "processing."

Could you please check and help activate my benefits?

Hi,
It can sometimes take up to a week after approval for all the Student Developer Pack benefits to show up. If it’s been more than 7 days and the status is still stuck on “processing,” I’d recommend:

1. Double-checking that you’re signed in with the same GitHub account you applied with.
2. Logging out and back in, or clearing your browser cache.

👉 If it’s been more than 7 days and the status is still “processing,” the best step is to contact GitHub Education Support.

They can check your account directly and resolve the issue.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

You'll get a PRO badge on your profile once benefits become available:

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
