Allow for students to prove student identity on phone

I tried proving my student identity with an id card on my pc but the camera wasnt good enough to focus, besides that they expect every single student ever to live on campus or do far away learning? Cant a student attend school 8 hours a day and return home? + there should be an ability to prove student identiy by giving in files of transcripts cause how am i gonna take a photo with a camera of a whole transcript
