Demande d'aide pour la vérification de mon compte GitHub Student Developer Pack

Hi everyone,

Bonjour à l'équipe GitHub Education,

je suis actuellement étudiant. Je me permets de vous écrire car je rencontre des difficultés pour faire vérifier mon compte dans le cadre du GitHub Student Developer Pack.
J'ai soumis plusieurs demandes de vérification, mais elles ont toutes été rejetées de manière automatique, malgré le respect des conditions requises. Pour information, voici les démarches que j'ai déjà effectuées :
Activation de la double authentification (2FA) via une application d'authentification ;
Utilisation de mon nom complet sur mon profil GitHub, conforme à ma carte d'étudiant ;
Renseignements de facturation complets, avec le même nom complet ;
Utilisation et vérification de mon adresse email académique comme adresse principale sur GitHub ;
Téléversement de ma carte d'étudiant valide pour l'année en cours comme preuve de mon statut.
Malgré ces éléments, ma demande n’a pas abouti. Je pense que mon compte nécessiterait une vérification manuelle afin de finaliser le processus.
Je vous serais extrêmement reconnaissant si vous pouviez réexaminer ma situation et m’aider à obtenir la vérification pour le GitHub Student Developer Pack.

Hi @Nduwi20,

Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and explain your problem.

Based on your last submission, as with hand written forms of evidence that the text and letters are legible. It may be beneficial if you re-wrote the important information from your evidence on a separate piece of paper and take a photo of both side by side.
