Hi everyone,

hi what to do ? valid student card , valid registration , valid university email correspondence with administration but still rejected its on headed paper etc name brand is there etc etc , my university uses Microsoft for app the apps emails etc why for the love is this so hard i tried to recreate a new account with that email my name shown as per id documents can someone actually help ?
