GitHub Student Pack Verified but Benefits Still Unavailable

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I recently received a message confirming that my academic status has been successfully verified, stating that my GitHub Education benefits — including Partner offers and the Copilot Pro coupon — would become available within 72 hours.

However, more than 72 hours have passed and I still don’t have access to the Student Developer Pack benefits, nor to the Copilot Pro offer. My dashboard still shows no active Education benefits.

Could you please check my account and finalize the activation of my GitHub Education benefits?

Don't worry, that's because your benefits aren't available yet, you'll get a PRO badge on your profile once available:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
