Hi! Since a few hours have passed, I really hope your issue got sorted out already, but just in case it didn’t, here are a few things that usually help in this situation, I mean, especially with the Student Developer Pack verifications. From what you wrote, it looks like all the denial reasons are related to a mismatch between: your full legal name on the document, your name on GitHub, and the name on your GitHub billing/account information. Everything needs to match exactly, that is, no shortened versions, no middle-name variations, no accented letters changed, and definitely no nicknames. So, if it’s still not fixed, here’s what I’d recommend checking step by step: Update your GitHub profile name to match your academic document letter by letter. Go to Settings → Emails and make sure the primary email is the same one you used when applying. In Settings → Billing & plans, check that your full name matches the exact spelling used in your document. Re-upload the document, but make sure the image clearly shows: your full name the full name of your school both on the same page If your document is not in English, include a photo of the original next to a simple English translation. Most of the time the rejection happens because one name field is different by just one space or one lowercase letter, and GitHub’s automated system is very strict with that. I hope it’s already resolved, and if not, I hope this helps you get it accepted on your next try. |

Hi @dytroc, Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. I recommend you translate your academic proof from Korean to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164204 If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi everyone,
I'm a high school student in my senior year, and as my previous student pack recently expired, I submitted the same type of document as before but keep getting rejected multiple times.
I've been reading related FAQ or discussion posts, but they were no help in my case. This had been getting me frustrated for weeks, so I had no choice but to post my experience here.
These were the given reasons of denial:
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.
Any help would be appreciated!
