School ID image issue

Hi everyone,

I don't have a school issued email, I first submitted the front of my school ID and it was denied. The front only uses the initials of the school name beside it's logo, with the full name mentiioned on the back, On my second attempt I merged the photos of front and back and uploaded it. But now I am being asked to capture an image through the form, using camera, The front of the ID doesn't have the full school name, the back of the ID doesn't have my name or class ID (or any unique identifier) on it. What can I do?

Documents that prove your current student status include a picture of your school ID with current enrollment date, class schedule, transcript, and affiliation or enrollment verification letter.

So you can try with any of the above documents or anything that can prove your current student status,

Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated.

If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC.

If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, and explain your problem.
