Hi @ceresek, Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, and explain your problem. |

Same issue here. I don't understand why there isn't a document upload feature, instead of a webcam (?!) option that I can only turn into screen reader, so that I can at least show the pdf of my university letter of employment open in my screen... the process doesn't make any sense. |

Hi everyone,
I've applied for the education benefits - first time around, I did not have the billing information filled in, got the denial notification, so I filled it in as required, reapplied, but got denied again with the same message, despite the billing information being correct and matching the uploaded identity document, tried the same for the third time, from a different browser, with fresh photo of the identity document and university location, again got denied with the same message. Anything else one can try, since the billing information is in order and matches the identity document ?
