Current behavior

Adding jobs.<id>.environment always creates a deployment and shows the "This branch is being deployed" banner, even for CI-only jobs that just need environment-scoped vars/secrets.

Request

We’d love to use this great environment feature beyond deployments. Please add:

1. An opt-out for the deployment UI on CI/non-deploy jobs (e.g., environment: { name: ..., deploy_ui: false }), or
2. A mechanism to access environment-scoped secrets/vars without triggering a deployment event.

Use case

Tests/bundle-size checks rely on environment-scoped vars/secrets but do not deploy(with test environment). The banner is misleading and adds review noise.
