This link https://education.github.com/pack tells me they are processing my application, and I don't know if they actually are, but I know that if they actually try to verify the information I had before (I know they are not calling my high school to see if I till go there, but I don't even have the HS email I used to verify my student ship anymore) it will fail, because I went to university.

There is no right ticket category option for this problem.
