TidesDB workflows stalling

Today the TidesDB workflows started to stall immensely and not finish. I've reviewed the recent PRs extensively and they are not the cause.

Seems to mostly be the BSD workflows which is maybe something to note on your end, and maybe on mine but again we have no changes that would affect the BSD flows from what I can see.

This BSD flow is running forever, and no matter how many times I've restarted in the past few hours the issue still is apparent. This is occurring for TidesDB across all recent PRs and commits. Example that DragonflyBSD run should be no longer than 10 minutes based on running it every commit. Stalling, low disk space being given to the actions, it's rather odd.
