Still pending for student package confirmation more than 4 months

Hi everyone,

I submitted all of my education documents, but my GitHub Student Developer Pack application has been stuck in “Pending” status for more than 4 months.

At the moment, I cannot click any buttons such as “Start an application” or resubmit documents — it only shows “Still pending.” I have already researched this issue, read related discussions, and tried all suggested solutions, but none of them worked.

Unfortunately, I am also unable to contact the GitHub Education team via email, which makes this situation very frustrating and unclear.

Could someone please advise:

Is this a known issue?

Is there any way to reset or manually review a long-pending application?

How can I contact the GitHub Education team when the application is stuck like this?

Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
