Education Benefits for Teacher got rejected multiple times

Hello everyone,

I am a lecturer at the University of Information Technology - VNUHCM, and I am currently seeking assistance with my GitHub Education Benefits application.

I am encountering a technical loop during the verification process:

• Documentation Issue: My official Faculty ID card does not display an expiration date. To compensate, I have been attempting to provide my employment contract, which clearly states my name, ID number, the university’s name, and the current date.
• Mobile Upload: When using my phone to capture the contract, the application is rejected with the error: "The text in the photo you used was unable to be read."
• Desktop Upload: When I attempt to upload a high-resolution scan via my PC, the file exceeds the 1MB limit. However, if I resize or compress the image to meet the size requirement, it is rejected with the error: "The image you used appears to be edited."

Could you please advise me what to do?
