My Education Benefits application keeps getting denied

Hi everyone,

I keep getting this reason of denial:
"You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying."

The problem is, that my github profile name exactly matches the name in my billing information, which passed the latest application. I have tried logging out and logging back in, changing the name to a variant without special characters, taking better photos of my enrollment letter, but none seemed to help with this specific denial reason.

If anyone encountered this pattern of denials before me, did they find a soulution?

I have the same problem, I get rejected all the time and for different reasons even when I've already done everything they ask of me.
