Yeah this sounds like a billing sync issue on GitHub's end. A few things you can check while you wait for support to get back to you:
For the support ticket, if you haven't heard back in a few business days, you can try reaching out again through https://support.github.com/contact and reference your existing ticket number. Mention specifically that you have a yearly subscription and it expired after one month, that usually gets escalated. Unfortunately billing issues like this can only be fully resolved by GitHub support, but the steps above might help you spot the root cause in the meantime. |

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I subscribed to Copilot Pro for a year, but it expired after only a month. I already submitted a ticket, but I haven't received a reply yet.
