Body
To GitHub Support,
I’m writing because our operations have stopped due to what seems to be a new, unannounced change in your usage policy. As a corporate client, we find the lack of prior warning or transparency completely unacceptable.
Our account is set up for "Pay-As-You-Go" with a valid card to ensure that once our free quota is used, we move to paid usage without downtime. Instead, your system has capped our access and forced us to use "free agents" that don't work for our professional needs.
This is a major issue for several reasons:
Zero Warning: Implementing caps without notice is a breach of professional trust. We can't run a business when the rules change overnight.
Forced Inefficiency: Moving professional teams to weak agents is a bottleneck that stalls our development.
Billing Logic: There is no reason to restrict service when a valid payment method is ready to cover the cost.
GitHub has always been our choice for reliability, but this is forcing us to look at other platforms. We cannot afford to have our work interrupted by these restrictions.
I expect an immediate explanation and the restoration of our full service.
Regards
