Has anyone figured out how to successfully verify student status with this camera system?

Hi everyone,

I have submitted my enrollment confirmation letter several times but the camera blurs it horribly every time. I keep getting rejected even though my name matches the name on my billing account, the letter has a date, and my university's name on it. The rejection always says one of these things is wrong. I attend an online university, so I don't have a student ID, but I did sign up using my student email. I have tried:

• Taking the photo in better light
• A dark solid background
• Different devices

There is no upload option, and reaching out to support for help seems to be impossible since any option related to GitHub Education results in a message telling me that support no longer manually approves applications. I've seen a few of these posts with the same suggestions in every one, but none saying it was solved.

bot replies are not helpful in this situation, nor is asking the user to ask other users when no one is able to get the system to work

for what it's worth, Chrome does allow uploading an image instead of their non-working camera system. But the Chrome uploads are also being rejected with no reason provided in response.
