Education Benefits Application form has 'Continue' button grayed out

Hi everyone,

I'm just trying to renew the education benefits as a Teacher. The email has been verified (I even reverified the school email). I'm very confused because the 'Continue' button has been always grayed out. As the form goes, there nothing else needed.

I tried other things such as different browser, incognito mode, log out and in. This issue persists regardless.

I appreciate any helps!
