Hi everyone,

Subject: GitHub Student Developer Pack Revoked After Approval – Unable to Reverify

Hello GitHub Education Team,

I am a student and have been a GitHub Student Developer Pack user previously.

My original Student Developer Pack was active for approximately two years. After it expired, I reapplied for renewal and my application was approved successfully. I regained access to GitHub Education benefits, including Student Developer Pack offers.

However, after approximately 20 days, my Education benefits were unexpectedly revoked. On March 30, 2026, I received an email titled "Academic Reverification Required" informing me that my academic status required reverification.

The issue I am facing is that I am unable to complete the reverification process. The email instructed me to return to the GitHub Education application page and submit my information again, but when I attempt to do so, I am redirected to the GitHub Pricing page instead of being shown the student verification or reverification form.

Currently, my GitHub Education page shows:

Application Type: Student
Status: Revoked
Revoked on March 30, 2026

I am still an active student and can provide updated proof of enrollment, student ID, bonafide certificate, fee receipt, or any additional documents required for verification.

Could you please:

Review my GitHub Education account status.
Reset or reopen the reverification process if necessary.
Provide a direct verification link or instructions to complete reverification.
Restore my GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits once my academic status has been verified.

this looks like the same "start an application" redirect bug ive seen in a couple other recent discussions here ,,,the button on the education benefits page is pointing to the github pricing page instead of the actual reverification flow for some accounts.

a couple things to try based on what worked for others in the same situation :

• try the direct reverification url from your email instead of clicking "start an application" on the setttings page,,,your screenshot shows the email links to education.github.com/discount_requests/application ,,, go to that url directly rather than through the benefits dashboard.the dashboard button seems to be the broken part,not the underlying formm.
• also try github.com/settings/billing/education as an alternate entry point,,,sometimes this routes diffferently than the main education benefits page and avoids the broken redirect,
• clear cache /try incognito specifically on that url ,,since your account is in a "revoked ,needs reverification" state specifically(not a fresh application),sometimes cached account-state data causes the wrong button target to load.

if both direct links also dump you on pricing,,,,that confirms its tied to your account's revoked status specifically rather than a general site bug. in that case id email education@github.com directly with :

• your username.
• the exact "revoked on march 30" status from your screenshot.
• a note that the reverification link from their own email redirects to pricing instead of the form.

since you have the email screenshot showing the direct link AND the revoked status screenshot,,,,,thats solid evidence for a manual reverification on their end even without the broken button working💙💙💙💙 .

See this brother I've tried all methods but I'm facing same problem I've cleared all data of browser and opened in Incognito tab, but facing same problem.
