Support ticket #4513507 ignored for almost three weeks

My payout was not initiated.

Stripe Express shows the balance is available, but no payout is pending or in transit. The estimated payout date simply rolled over to the next month.

I checked tax forms, bank details, Stripe Express tasks, and payout settings. No action required, no warning, no verification issue.

I opened support ticket #4513507 almost three weeks ago.

There has been no response at all.

For a payout issue, this is extremely disappointing. I understand that account-specific issues may take time, but receiving no acknowledgement or update for almost three weeks is not acceptable.

Can someone from Support confirm whether ticket #4513507 has even reached the right team?

Yeah, that’s rough. If Stripe shows the balance as available but no payout is moving, then the issue isn’t on your side - it’s stuck with GitHub. You’ve already checked tax forms, bank info and settings, so nothing else you can do there. The real problem is Support not responding for weeks.

Best move now is to open a fresh ticket and reference #4513507 so it gets noticed. At least that way you’ll know if it’s actually reaching the right team.
