Re-verification/Repeat Application
Hi everyone,
Hi GitHub Education Team,
I am writing to request a manual review for my GitHub Faculty re-verification application (username: @misshie).
I have been successfully verified and using GitHub Education as a Faculty member until recently. Now I am trying to renew/extend my academic status due to its expiration.
Although I have submitted the same official, valid English "Certificate of Employment" from my university, my renewal application keeps getting rejected instantly. Crucially, the "Issues to address" section in the rejection email is completely blank, so I cannot see what to correct.
I suspect my account might be system-locked due to temporary automated rejections caused by name order matching issues (First/Family name) before I fixed them to match my profile.
Could a human reviewer please look into my case and reset or manually approve my status so I can continue my faculty benefits?
Thank you for your support.
Best wishes,
MISHIMA, Hiroyuki, DDS, Ph.D.
