I recently set up to accept sponsors, and set a monthly goal of total sponsorships ($880). However, the percentage shown to everyone (currently 2%) is lower than my actual total monthly sponsorship (currently 8%). If I go to the goals page it shows:
This is exactly the total of my "Monthly (custom)" sponsors, excluding all of the sponsors on the tiers I have defined.
I originally set up the goal before setting up tiers, so I've tried "retiring" the tier and recreating it. When I did so, before publishing the new tier it showed the correct total. The only options I saw were whether to set the goal for sponsor count or total sponsorships. After publishing the tier, the amount dropped back to the "custom" total.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
