Publish new version of milli crate (is out of date)

Hi! I have been experimenting with using the milli crate directly, but the published version https://crates.io/crates/milli is outdated by several years. Would you consider publishing an updated version of the crate https://github.com/meilisearch/meilisearch/tree/main/crates/milli ?

Sorry, we're not ready to commit to a public API for milli, and we won't be releasing a new version of it on crates io in the foreseeable future.
