Unable to go to step 4

I have completed the step 3 and commited the changes correctly, eventhough the step 4 is not showing after refreshing the page a couple of times

I've been using GitHub for work for years now and never realized that I could use Markdown in issues and pull requests! This course has been a real eye-opener. The ability to format text, add images, create task lists, and include code snippets directly within issues and PRs makes collaboration so much clearer and more efficient.
