Thanks for the report! This is a valid issue — the <html lang="en"> attribute is currently hardcoded in index.html, even though the app already has a full locale detection system. The fix is straightforward: we need to sync document.documentElement.lang whenever the locale is applied.

We will create a GitHub issue to track this properly. 🙏
