Since my release of the gitlab-ci conversion of the template, I was asked by a Tester: "Why Hatchling, why not uv_build?"

My simple answer was: "Coming from Upstream, did not really think about it.", which caused a thinking about it.

I came to the conclusion: hatchling is not necessary at the state the project is after creation, but maybe later.

So I thought the best Idea would be a short poll about the situation, so we have a better picture we could later reference on in a possible PR.
