Request an open-source for @bun-examples/elysia

My group just encountered into a small bug caused by the scaffold project created by bun create elysia -- just a small tsconfig issue. But when trying to figure out the buggy template source, something nasty follows that Bun has hardcoded (omg 🤣) bun create elysia to do not use create-elysia but download tarballs from a (seems) closed-source package @bun-examples/elysia.

The issue detail is: we should specifying lib explicitly inside tsconfig to exclude dom from the default included library, or else bun-types will deduce to use Web typings not server typings.

Digging more deeper, I've found the residual publish script of that package located at https://github.com/oven-sh/bun/blob/a5f8b0e8ddfe80672e29434f4ae0f55ed9d9de61/misctools/publish-examples.js ... and definitely no help with the original template source since I've checked the commits around the publish date and these examples never appears on the main branch.

So maybe considering open source this example for community contributions? Thanks
