In order to secure the future of MegaLinter in case I get abducted by aliens, it's great to have people to rely on to take over :)

Meanwhile, it's also great to share the job of managing pull requests :)

The great @Kurt-von-Laven already does a nice job, but with all activity on MegaLinter repo there is room for one more maintainer!

@bdovaz has shown a great knowledge of MegaLinter, added several new linters, and is nice to work with, so let's welcome him in the maintainer team :)
