What version of Parse? I don't think this is in a tagged release just yet, only in bleeding edge. It was added only 25 days ago (parse-community/Parse-SDK-JS@3d7c97b)

Hi, ok, that appears to be the parse-server version, please make a note of what version of the Parse JS SDK you are using - the latest appears to be 1.11.0 (the and-function is not yet in a tagged version from what I can see however)

Can I also suggest trying to keep up on the parse-server versions, 2.6.1 is almost 6 months old.

Parse.Query.and was add in 2.7.4. Please update to the latest version of Parse-Server.
