Numpy2

numpy2 is causing a few issues. Right now OpenCV won't work and Jesse' spatial geometry package wont work either. The latter is easier to fix and that job is on our list. There are a number of other major dependencies like bullet, Open3D and PyTorch whose numpy2 status I have not been able to determine. It will take a while for this to all settle down.

For now I've changed the pyproject.toml file to force numpy<2 and this is part of release 0.9.2 on PyPI.
