Using transition and the drag gesture together in a collection

I want to use a swipe gesture on an element of a collection together with a transition animation but I'm having trouble putting it all together.
I've prepared a minimal codesandbox.

• The animation is only visible on the element with id '0' and moves all elements
• The useDrag() function is triggered correctly (look at the console output while dragging the rows), but not visible on all other elements

Can anybody see what I'm doing wrong?
