Version

Please specify what version of the library you are using: [3.20.0]

Expected / Desired Behavior / Question

We should be able to reply to existing comments.

Observed Behavior

For now, we can only post new comments at level 0 and not replying to existing ones.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add ListItemComments to a page
  2. Add a comment

This enhancement idea is coming from @Mark-Shenouda-git in #1837
