Clicking the Options button in song select V2 does not correctly close the options menu as I expected, if the menu is already open.

I agree with this especially considering that we update the button's visual when the popover is open. It feels half-way implemented.

Just a casual player here. I noticed this behaviour (anomaly in my opinion) within 5 minutes or so. The intent of this message is to express how much this behaviour stands out.

It is very weird that this is not consistent with the other buttons (as Joehuu has pointed out before)

This also affects the F3 key, and the only way to close the menu is by Esc, which doesn't match up with the mod select menu (F1 to open, F1 or Esc to close).

(I just don't like how buttons close together with the same style have different actions)
