When I use DirectX 11 on my Windows 11 RTX 3060 machine it feels much choppier and a bit less responsive than OpenGL, it even has visible stutters when I enter new menus and OpenGL does not. I'm playing with a mouse and the framerate cap does not matter. I play in fullscreen mode. Nvidia overlay reports 40-70 fps on DirectX 11 while the game reports whatever I have the cap set to. My monitor is 60 Hz. This also occurs on the experimental DirectX 11. The amount of choppiness on Vulkan feels like maybe a mix between DirectX 11 and OpenGL but it crashes when I select a beatmap.
