When using the temporary diff listing show maps from all rulesets

This map is a osu!standard-osu!catch hybrid mapset, so when showing all maps in the mapset, it should show all of them regardless of ruleset (also the indicator that there are difficulties in the other rulesets in a set is also gone for some reason? seems like a step backwards)

I'm not sure this is easily possible with the current structure of things, nor whether we want this. I think most people will probably not want this to be a thing.
