perf: remove ts-node dep

What

• We no longer use ts-node New typegen auto config configuration graphql-nexus/nexus#727
• But the prisma plugin app template does https://github.com/graphql-nexus/nexus/runs/618535125
• Actually, the app template is using dep that is hoisted!
• We should remove ts-node to simplify framework deps?
• It is not very large, though https://bundlephobia.com/[email protected]

Why

• Simplify framework deps

How

• Make prisma app template have ts-node as dev-dep
• Make nexus have little helper to run ts scripts e.g. node -r 'nexus/ts' foo.ts or nexus ts-node foo.ts
