Project not listed in search results or preceded by non-maintened projects

I am not sure if it is possible to fix or is a request that is processable. I did search issues and PRs for similar requests but could not find any. So if this is an issue that is out of scope then we (the maintainers of some projects) know it is what it is.

Describe the bug
Project Bootstrap-Flask (also without hyphen but with a sapce) is not listed in search restults or is preceded by non-maintened projects.

Expected behavior
Search for Bootstrap-Flask or Bootstrap Flask and view all the result orderings.

By searching for bootstrap flask or bootstrap-flask (without quotes), you're essentially searching for flask OR bootstrap. If you want results containing both, you can search for "bootstrap flask" or "bootstrap-flask", which returns your project as the first result:

I think this is basically a duplicate of #10718, although it makes it clear we might want to think about how we should handle spaces in the query for an exact match.
