Hi there, could you please allow us to submit files of size up to 80MB? We would like to submit both a .whl and a tar.gz of this size.

Keanu is an open-source library for probabilistic programming. It is written in Java and makes use of ND4J to exploit GPU processing. Our python package is a wrapper around the Java code, and therefore requires us to include the ND4J .jar files which are around 75MB.

I've set the upload limit to 100MB for keanu on both PyPI and TestPyPI.
