Interest in a new scheduler that runs repeatedly tests?

I am implementing a pytest-xdist scheduler for continuous load testing with weighted test selection in https://github.com/xverges/pytest-xdist-load-testing.

I am wondering if this is a common enough use-case to consider moving it from an external plugin to a PR to this project.

Of course. How should I approach this? Write a PR and discuss them over it? Or maybe you already saw something obvious that I should be aware of?
