Considering Phoenix.PubSub

I am considering to switch to Phoenix PubSub instead of GenStage.
Pros:

• Common way of doing pubsub (used in Phoenix, but 100% standalone)
• Distributed built-in

Cons:

• Requires running instance of PubSub to start
• Breaking API - requires all usage to adapt

We will run with GenStage for now. Phoenix Pubsub is very nice, and supports distribution out-of-the-box, but can easily be integrated with a small GenServer (consider making an example), if you should need this. In this library it will only complicate setup and runtime, if you do not need Phoenix PubSub
