How to change the font family and colour of nav_panel titles?

I have these colours and fonts set in theme:

Moreover, I specify navset_bar(bg = "#041C2C"). This makes my nav_panel titles invisible. For now, I used CSS to specify the colours for titles:

• Is there a better/bslib-only way to specify the colours of titles in nav_panels?
• Also, how do I use the heading font instead of base font for nav_panel titles?
